Refund Policy

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase included.

To start a return, contact us at info@lousu.studio. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items and gift cards.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
